Safety Code 6 is the same science standards as the FCC and it is the only code I have heard of where a critical mechanism is missing linking the frequencies to adverse health effects. As soon as the mechanism is found, it changes the application of law and that happened here. Wi-Fi and Smart Meter frequencies are illegal now while Health Canada says we can expose children and pregnant women to 24/7.

SAR or Specific Absorption Rate Testing Method is used to document radio frequency exposure to humans.

As you can see by the link, the process used is a mannequin to probe for temperature after exposure. The SAR method is seriously limited in information, they aren't documenting true physiological changes with EMF exposure. Safety Code 6 uses the same standards as the FCC and international bodies on limits of human exposure to RF EMFs. Stimulating tissue and the heat effect are to be avoided according to Safety Code 6. While technology upgrades are important, computer stations and technology needs to be wired. Wi-Fi in schools is taking billions of dollars in sustainable construction economy from countries and the frequencies are contributing to health costs.

Smart meters are another wireless technology to read your electrical, gas and water meter to report consumption wirelessly. Humans aren't wired for those frequencies, neither are bees, pollinators or ecosystems. Pacemakers and health monitoring equipment warn of EMFs interfering with their devices, smart meters will deliver the EMFs to their homes. 55% of BC municipalities voted to support a moratorium on smart meters for particular reasons. Health and environmental costs alone will bankrupt countries while contributing to extinction of species. Wi-Fi is in US courts, look at the filings with declarations under threat of perjury. The UN Members are looking for a source of heat and spending 100s of billions, none of it will address the heat you will see here. It is happening today and in all countries. Due to Canada's representation not reporting this at the meeting, none of it will be seen and the droughts, floods, severe weather, forest fires, etc will continue. Canada's federal government hasn't shared this information with provinces or municipalities within Canada even though it means almost every new building is illegal.

Thank you for your response on this important issue and I have taken your advice in copying this to BC Hydro, Norm Letnick, Premier, Health Canada Minister and others. I have directed this back to you as well because BC Hydro have no authority related to the Clean Energy Act and the Clean Energy Act does not provide an exemption for non compliance of Safety Code 6.

As an electrical professional I appreciate efforts to make the electrical grid more reliable and efficient. The more demand on the grid, the harder equipment has to work. In the EMF discussion, part of the discussion includes that we are surrounded by natural EMFs. Those natural EMFs are affecting the energy grid by increasing electrical demand substantially in the summer. While solar EMFs don't go through walls and roofs, radio frequencies do. Smart Meters and the smart grid frequencies are electromagnetically radiating ecosystems, pollinators before they get to the building to communicate with meters, equipment or interact with humans. Hydro keeping rates 1.25% lower will not incorporate the liability to people or environment when Health Canada's code language refers to nerve and muscle stimulation.What are the potential health costs or liabilities associated with causing neurological challenges to populations?

I have been told the meters and equipment won't be running 24/7 but there is no acceptable time for causing neurological stimulation to people or the ecosystems that sustain all life. This email will be copied to the BC Coroner's Office where they are investigating Sudden Infant Death Syndrome rates in BC being up 30% because wireless frequencies affecting nerves have to be ruled out.

I appreciate the minister acknowledging that safety is the highest priority and that "Any device that BC Hydro installs must meet federal health and safety standards governing human exposure to radio frequency and electromagnetic fields" Those standards are Safety Code 6.

Safety Code 6 and other standards acknowledge the mechanism linking the frequencies to adverse health effects wasn't known. Health Canada presently represents to the provinces, BCUC, BC Hydro, etc that there is no peer reviewed science linking the frequencies but they fail to report the mechanism was reported to Health Canada and by expert witness at the request of Canadian Parliament's Standing Committee on Health on "potential health impacts of RF EMFs". The peer reviewed science is called electromagnetic induction which is the same mechanism BC Hydro uses for creating electricity.

As a result of the mechanism found and reported by professionals with government recognized credentials in BC as well as the rest of Canada, the application of existing law changed and the frequencies as well as the grid are in violation of Safety Code 6. Enforcing Safety Code 6 must be done because it is the government's code that references nerve and muscle stimulation. While Health Canada's administration and others will be held accountable for their criminal negligence, BC does not want the liability or health costs associated with causing neurological challenges or affecting pollinators.

It is alarming to hear of Hydro contractors raging forward with meter deployment when they have no right under the Clean Energy Act with the meters and grid violating Safety Code 6. This will cause irreversible problems and there will be a liability including criminal negligence. For the BC Government not to acknowledge municipality's requests for moratoriums is negligent and there will be an accounting as the application of existing law has changed.

I want to clarify as per the last email, we are not lobbyists. We consult at these levels of industry, governments, including insurers, lecture medical education, etc because of science within existing law. The province has to cease all deployment of the meters immediately and enforce Safety Code 6 as it is the highest priority to protect the public from the frequencies and liabilities. The Regional District of Nanaimo, British Columbia is to be congratulated for representing their constituents, environment including bees and pollinators on mandatory "Smart Meter" installation.

Thanks to the citizen groups for their hard work in protecting the public on an issue that is an international emergency. It is shameful they have to do the work of elected officials and energy providers that have placed corporate interests over the people they are to protect.

Smart Meter frequencies are illegal and in violation of Safety Code 6 as Canada's law as well as international laws related to the same.

This blog is about the frequencies, the privacy issues are another very serious problem as these corporations will know everything you do, use and purchase. They will sell that information.

The important thing to remember in the Wi-Fi or Smart Meter discussion is you need to incorporate an electrical professional before you incorporate medical or biological professionals. Frequencies are very specific electrical information and all frequencies are different. You can't use language like "EMFs are natural and everywhere". These frequencies are man made and there is nothing natural about them.

The only reason they have raged around the world is the mechanism was missing linking the frequencies to adverse health effects. Telecommunications got to beat up on anyone in a courtroom because a "possible link" to adverse health effects has no weight in court. Hard to imagine safety standards are based on decades of scientific literature but safety codes admit the mechanism linking the frequencies has been missing for decades.

September, 2010 the mechanism linking the frequencies to adverse health effects was found and reported to Health Canada as the jurisdictional authority of the reporting professionals. Health Canada's Safety Code 6 states if there is new peer reviewed science supporting adverse health effects, they will use the weight of evidence approach on an ongoing basis and will revise the code if deemed necessary.

In the case of the mechanism being found and reported, Health Canada's administration put political interests before the public and they wouldn't accept electricity as peer reviewed science. It may seem like a good political move except the code says the frequencies can cause nerve and muscle stimulation.

We received a letter from the Health Minister on August 11 which was another generic response saying there is no peer reviewed science showing harm. There is a link at the bottom of this blog to our response to their letter in detail and there are links in the document to further support the science missed. Safety Code 6 needs revision but it is the law and Smart Meters as well as Wi-Fi is violating Safety Code 6.

You will see a link in the document to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome(SIDS) where the SIDS rate are up in British Columbia Canada and the BC Coroner's Office is investigating. It is a reality that affecting neurological function could stop the baby's breathing as nerves are the switches and communication systems for the body. Follow the document and don't be criminally negligent ignoring the science, this is hurting people.

Did you know all the baby girls in the world have all their eggs at birth and a biological professional under threat of perjury states the frequencies are causing genetic mutation of the eggs. Health Canada exchange on Wi-Fi and Smart Meters are illegal.
