The CO2 theory of heating the atmosphere originated because academia is blind to temperature beyond our visible spectrum. As a building design professional with a separate education in electrical energy provision(I design for and generate GHG emissions), my education considered building design temperatures in a calculator with the greatest of accuracy. That accuracy depends on the inputted information being accurate or the calculations are wrong.

Environment Canada, Meteorological Services provides the building design criteria for the entire country and they supply that important data through building codes. The purpose is to build within regional temperatures and use our energy efficiently so we produce less GHG emissions. Canada's climate change policy and emissions calculations are based on buildings functioning within their design criteria.

It is hard to imagine that the entire national to municipal building, development and energy consumption(GHG emissions) is signed off as compliant, then insured based on compliance with codes. Every member of the United Nations is blind to the temperatures we design with and assumes compliance.

Thermografix Consulting Corporation completed several years of advanced temperature imaging to verify building compliance with design temperatures and the results contradicted their own building professionals education. Solar radiation including the same UV that burns our skin is causing buildings to generate extreme heat the buildings aren't designed, insulated or insured for. The provinces, the Canadian Government are responding to symptoms without dealing with the source of the heat. We use low-e windows, alternative, cheaper energies that give the illusion of energy savings. Low-e windows are used because it is assumed that solar gain is coming through the windows when in fact the heat is coming through walls and roofs that aren't designed or insulated for the heat generated. Geo thermal and other alternative energy sources are used except they are not addressing the extreme heat the building isn't designed for. Any energy system is only going to function according to how the building envelope is performing. (The building envelope is the insulated exterior walls, floor and roof)

Even though the solar radiation information conflicted with academia that trained us, our jobs as objective professionals is to take this to leadership as an unprecedented emergency because buildings as a rule were being negatively impacted by solar radiation. As the science professionals, our job is to take this to administrators because there were easy fixes to the issue at developer's expense. There wasn't a blame assigned, solar impact couldn't be seen and had never been qualified. Administrators and policy advisors require accurate science to do their jobs.

In 2003, the province of British Columbia had a devastating forest fire season. They had a 50 million dollar budget except the costs were reported to be over 500 million without indirect costs. BC fought the forest fires blind and our volunteered participation was ignored several times even though we offered unobstructed sight of the fire through the smoke. I was the only person that saw the high category forest fire coming through the smoke filled valley and I waved down a policeman to initiate evacuation of Kettle Valley on August 21st. On the 22nd of August, hell came to town and burned down hundreds of homes in Kelowna. One of the largest evacuations in Canadian History took place with 1/3 of the city's population being evacuated.

Here is how politicians and a weakened professional gene pool handled the public inquiry regarding the BC Government's handling of the forest fire season. I presented at the public inquiry in Kelowna and showed graphic visual images of the fire through the smoke while the government had issued press releases about the problems of fighting the fires because of being blind by the smoke. I presented that solar impact on building development was changing the weather equation that led to the drier seasons and lighting strikes. I reported the information as an unprecedented emergency to a public inquiry after a forest fire interfaced with Kelowna, B.C. where over 240 homes were lost in one of the biggest evacuations in Canadian history. I explained to the panel that the Canadian Government was missing this important information and needed it to represent Canadians as well as to pass it on to other countries of the world.

The BC Premier's office called me before the public inquiry and asked what I was going to present at the public inquiry. I told the Deputy Minister that it was a conflict for him to call me when their was an upcoming inquiry into his office's handling of the fire season. I told him the government was negligent in their handling of the fire season and let the fires rage, causing additional hundreds of millions in damage when they knew there was a simple imaging application that would have given fire fighters unobstructed sight through smoke without changing fire command. That same deputy minister that called from the Premier's Office was a member of the inquiry panel when I presented in Kelowna in 2003. Kelowna Mayor Sharon Shepherd was a council member at the time and congratulated me on my presentation.

When the Filmon Inquiry was published, my presentation and attendance at the inquiry were edited out of the public inquiry that cost taxpayers over 500 million dollars. The premier's office(the same Deputy Minister) reported to me that the entire inquiry was based on audio presentations and because my presentation included visual information, it was edited out of the entire inquiry. The Premier not passing on information to the national leadership required us to forward the information through Environment Minister and Prime Minister of Canada. The Environment Minister has absolutely no background in emissions and doesn't know how or what creates them. The Prime Minister has no background in emission creation and is publicly documented as not even believing in climate change. We approached that leadership and asked for an audience based on an unprecedented environmental emergency. You would think when a person with qualifications provided by the Prime Minister reports a 911, the response would be immediate. The Canadian Environment Minister issued a press release September, 2007 regarding Canada's aggressive stance on the elimination of ozone depleting refrigerants. He challenges the UN members to do the same at the Montreal Protocol without the understanding that Canada is using refrigerants in 100% of their new construction to treat the symptom of climate change. Good Morning America reported in August, 2008 that there are 3.5 million tons of garbage circulating in the Pacific Ocean between Asia and North America, 80% of it is plastics(oil products not recycled) that was found in marine life and birds.

CANADA’S REPRESENTATION IN BALI IS NEGLIGENT

KELOWNA, BC – Canada isn’t representing the science given them by qualified, nationally certified professionals says Thermografix Consulting Corporation.

Buildings and development are designed for regional temperatures so we don’t impose on the atmosphere or change weather. It is the mandate of Environment Canada and the reason they supply the data. Universities, technical institutes and curriculum of the world teach today’s professional to design for those temperatures. The limitation in education has been using calculators; the actual compliance of a building is never verified.

Thermografix points out the entire climate change argument is designed in a calculator and thermostat but never verified. Thermografix Consulting Corporation completed over 17,000 hours of the most advanced thermography applications in the world to take temperature out of the thermostat and calculator.

The resulting research produced new information on UV and solar radiation interaction with development on the surface of the planet. UV is in fact causing absorbent building finishes to generate extreme heat the buildings aren’t designed for. Further research revealed we are reacting to the symptoms with ozone depletion using refrigeration,
wasted electrical generation, wasting non renewable resources, massive GHG emissions including mercury, sulphur dioxide(acid rain) while not discussing the heat generated.

Thermografix initiated immediate dialogue with Canadian leadership based on an unprecedented environmental emergency. Silk FM was on the radio saying that smoke was inhibiting the fighting and evaluation of the fire. I immediately called Silk and told them we had advanced imaging applications that were simple and would give forestry unihibited sight through the smoke.

Silk called back and told me forestry said thanks, they have things under control. Five days later, hell came to town and we had to evacuate 1/3 of Kelowna's population.

To this day it is hard for me to fathom that I was the only one that saw the fire through the smoke that filled the valley. My government fought the fire at costs of millions a day and they were blinded by the smoke.

Regardless of attempts to help, even as a volunteer I never got a call back. After the fire there was a fire inquiry because our fire budget was 50 million when the costs were billions.

I presented at the Fire Inquiry and showed them the unobstructed sight we employed to see the fire from start to raging through the end of Kelowna. The visual information silenced the 3 members of the panel because sight of the fire versus millions a day blind.

The BC Government completed the Firestorm 2003 Public Inquiry and edited me, my information as well as my presentation out of the public inquiry. The minister responsible told me that the entire inquiry was based on audio alone and that during my presentation they lost the audio feed. The visual information you are about to see was left out as well because this was an audio public inquiry.

The BC Liberal Government was negligent in editing a public inquiry. The reason they did it is because they didn't respond to calls that we could help them with equipment they only used behind the fire.

On the 22nd of August, 2003 Kelowna evacuated 1/3 of their population while Kelowna fire fighters waited for the hell to come down the valley.
I was on Gyro Beach because it was the best vantage point for imaging through the smoke.

While I was imaging on the beach, CTV news set up to interview Premier Gordon Cambell. The premier's entourage including the premier came over to see the fire through the smoke giving them a visual their fire fighters didn't have.

My information may save lives, property, environment, toxic emissions, etc but it could not do that after it embarrassed a political party. I informed the premier's office of their negligence in producing an edited inquiry.

California is burning and 4 years after the public inquiry, California is denied the ability to simply give their fire command sight of their objective. I am ashamed to be sitting here when we could be helping.

This is the domino effect of a political party putting itself before service. It is more than an administrative bump, it is negligent.
I don't care what "party" you support, we need to get the job done.

Dear Mr. Harper:

Your throne speech yesterday regarding climate change was embarrassing; your representation of climate change was negligent. You left out of the throne speech that a nationally certified electrical energy provider was reporting massive GHG emissions being blamed on economy in every province. It was also reported as toxicity affecting every Canadian and specifically newborns. This critical information was kept from Canadians and limited the opposition’s ability to respond.

As a first response company specializing in advanced temperature applications, we contacted your office, Privy Council, Minister Ambrose, Minister Baird, MP Cannan, and CC30 to report an unprecedented environmental emergency. Initiating dialogue with leadership on an issue specific to leadership is required protocol.

I reported the same UV and solar radiation that burns our skin is causing absorbent, solar exposed building exteriors to generate extreme heat that the buildings aren’t designed for. It was previously thought that buildings absorbed the sun’s rays and became urban heat islands. They are urban heat generators because they generate extreme heat from sun rise to sunset all year. In the winter on a -4 degree day, building exteriors were as high as 50 degrees C.

It isn’t productive to spend billions on pine beetles when our development is superheating in the winter. This superheating of the atmosphere is affecting freeze/thaw cycles.

Canada, U.S., UN, etc are reacting to the UV symptoms with air conditioning in every new building and A/C is installed in older homes everyday. Air conditioning is in fact refrigeration using ozone depleting halocarbons, uses 1/6th of the US power supply, producing MASSIVE GHG emissions, mercury, toxins all treating a heat symptom. Buildings in Canada designed for 33 degrees C are generating extreme heat as high as 94 degrees C, 100 is boiling! 100% of it is avoidable and within existing law. California produced massive GHG and got knocked off the grid treating the heat symptom while the Governor is lobbying for emission reduction without loss of economy.

Minister Baird challenged 191 countries at the Montreal Protocol this fall to speed up the reduction of ozone depleting refrigerants while Canadians installs an ozone depleting refrigerator in every building by calling it an air conditioner.

I informed leadership that information we are bringing forward was based on 17,000 hours qualifying the above information. Buildings are grossly exceeding the design temperatures provided by Environment Canada. The reason it isn’t addressed is because architects and education use calculators for temperature considerations. Every university and tech institute uses the same calculator with the entire national to municipal building industry signed off as compliant. Building performance is never verified.

My background includes architecture and energy provision, not policy. It is negligent to not respond to a professional with credentials you provided. Missing this information gave Canada nothing but excuses at the UN Meeting, US Meeting and now the Canadian Public through an inaccurate throne speech. Leadership can’t develop effective policy with flawed science. One day after your throne speech, UV and solar radiation is generating extreme heat that is threatening species. Any program associated with energy savings is treating symptoms. Once again, we want to show leadership what is happening outside their calculators so you can make informed decisions in the best interests of Canadians.
Our information is 100% accurate and once again I am reporting an unprecedented environmental emergency that is killing Canadians.

Kyoto could be easily met and without the loss of a job. It is an error to blame industry or economy for emissions until you get to see what is going on outside the calculator and assumption. I don’t mean any disrespect to your architects or consultants but their calculator has them talking about things they can’t qualify, I can. It is just evolved temperature technology out of the calculator.

As temperature specialists, we developed an imaging application to let doctors see inflammation, Inflammatory Breast Cancer, other cancers or circulatory challenges with the purpose of giving them sight of objectives. It is alarming to work with physicians discussing toxic babies and cancers associated with the building issues we are attempting to bring forward. The babies don’t have an immune system to protect themselves and the toxicity ratio was 100%.

Unless you immediately address the solar radiation impact, you will be violating your own laws because this isn’t legally definable as sustainable. The Governor of California is there talking about California's action on climate change. Governor Schwarzenegger doesn't understand that California's rolling brownouts are caused treating a symptom of heat waves.

Unknowing to the governor, California is missing critical data and they are treating the symptoms with more global warming.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper attend the meeting and contradicts the UN objectives by speaking of Canada employing climate change policy that doesn't impact economy. Canada's Environment Minister John Baird is at the meeting speaking about Canada's action plan.

The Conservative government is negligent in taking this opinion into the UN meeting when we are reporting that Canada's plan is missing critical data. UV is causing buildings to generate extreme heat and we are treating the symptoms with ozone depleting halocarbons, massive emissions, electrical waste, toxicity for newborns and we aren't discussing the heat we are creating.

Building surfaces are as high as 198 degrees F on a 92 degree day. That heat will transfer atmospherically and warm the globe.

Radio, television, computers, cell phones, airplanes, cars and electricity are a few things that exist because of the manipulation of a magnet. Building my multi-disciplined education specifically to compliment an extensive thermography background was humbling and more importantly educational. Part of my theoretical education is electron flow as it relates to everything on the Periodic Table. Having the ability to see it and interpret it after 1000s of hours of research let me see what I had been missing in my own areas of expertise. Buildings have simple problems that can’t be seen by professionals or education. All the laws are in place, the calculators just can’t see it.

Buildings and development are the economy of the world. We use all the trees, non renewable resources and then at the end of it all buildings use more energy to heat and cool them. The equipment to chop down forests has to be produced. All of the cars have to be produced as well as all goods in the entire world. Keeping it simple, look around you and understand we burn gas, coal, wood, etc to produce electricity. Try to build a car without using electricity and you can see the importance of electrical demand to produce jobs. China or any country becoming more industrialized means producing more electricity and that means emissions from burning things.

Emissions are the smoke from burning wood, coal or the exhaust from your car. If you have ever smoked or have seen someone smoke, the trail of smoke at the end are the emissions from burning tobacco. People would smoke less if they understood they are sucking the emissions of tobacco straight into their lungs. If you sat in a garage with the car running, those emissions kill you. People in fires die from smoke inhalation.

The earth has geographically defined borders but we are all dependent on each other for the air we breathe. As countries develop there are more emissions and the atmosphere is filling with emissions that will kill us.

Hydro will claim that producing electricity with water doesn’t produce emissions. When they make a dam for electricity, they chop down every tree and flood a valley drowning everything that can’t escape it. Killing the creatures in our care isn’t definable as sustainable. I live in a valley and it would be crimes against humanity if someone flooded the valley. Humans call it economy when they are doing it. Geothermal is great if installed properly, otherwise it gives the illusion of savings when it is just cheaper energy, the building envelope determines the energy consumption.

These emissions are toxic and contain mercury as well as other chemicals. Humans need to develop economies without toxins or extinction of species is the reality and we are one.

Energy providers have said they won’t meet Kyoto objectives and they aren’t the problem. Consumers of energy are where changes need to be made to reduce emissions.

Our waste water treatment isn’t catching these chemical toxins and we are drinking and eating them. The Body Burden Study reported 100% toxicity in umbilical cord blood. All of the chemicals go downstream where they feed the oceans and circulate the globe.

Greenhouse gas emissions are created when you burn fossil fuels. We burn fossil fuels to produce electricity, economy, natural gas for heating, etc. Our cars have motors that exhaust emissions out of the tail pipe.

Emissions aren't just a climate change problem, these emissions are toxins that ends up in rivers and oceans feeding us along the way. We add our own toxins through the toilet, showers and sinks. Waste water treatment isn't designed to catch dissolved chemicals so who lives upstream from you? Fire retardents, teflons, mercury, vioxx, crack, crystal meth, banned pesticides and even incinerated garbage is included with fossil fuel emissions in our bodies. The toxicity ratio was 100% and it means cancer for a fetus without an immune stystem. The fetus will be in a 911 crisis from conception.

UV or solar radiation impact on building development couldn't be seen before, countries couldn't qualify that buildings became heat generators with solar exposure.
